Reasons to stop smoking

Warnings are made to be ignored. Smoking is injurious for health. Everyone knows that and still they enjoy it. Chain smokers are obsessed about it and they just say they cannot help it. They say quitting is not an easy thing to do. They started smoking and now the habit is driving them. They crave to smoke when they are happy, when they are drunk, when they are in pressure or when they are tensed. To sum it up they need to smoke in every situation they face in their daily life. Everyone must die one day then why blaming the cigarette. Yes, we must die one day but passive smoking can affect the one who does not smoke. Your non smoker partner, friends and even children can get affected badly. You can avoid that by quitting smoking.

Those who are smoking 10-15 cigarettes regularly for a stretch of 10-15 years their life span will be reduce by 1-2 years. Various heart and lung troubles can occur as a result of regular smoking. Lung cancer is growing in a scary rate and that surely can be the reason to quit smoking. Blood circulatory system also gets affected because the vessels get blocked by the nicotine. Breathing trouble and heart diseases are common too. The airways in the lungs lose the cilia and the mucous inside it cause plenty of troubles. The regular smokers are familiar with smoking cough. They do not think about the future and continue stepping forward to death.

The smokers often do not think about the money they spend on this habit. Once they calculate this they can feel how they are wasting their money for nothing. They are spending their money to intake nicotine and together all these reasons must be enough to quit smoking.
